- An average wedding contract is for 10 hours. We usually arrive at the reception site to set up.
Then, we find the bridal party and begin documenting the day as they are getting ready. If the
bride and groom prefer, we can take some or all of the family formal shots before heading to the
ceremony. For the rest of the event, we are everywhere you need us -- even places you didn't expect
us.
- An Associate Photographer/Assistant comes to all my jobs. If the details of the event require it, a Second Assistant is included.
- The contract includes at least 800 selected 4x6 proofs from the day. These are color, contrast and exposure-corrected prints without a watermark.
- I create a Proof Album of the very best photos of your wedding. This provides a helpful start for designing the more formal wedding album.
- All proofs are posted on a password protected web site where your guests can view the photos and order prints.
- All the negatives and/or digital files of the photos belong to you and you are free to take them at any time.
- An Engagement Portrait is included in the contract. This is also a good opportuntity for us to get to know each other prior to the big day.
